Boels Dolmans' Anna Van der Breggen won the women's La Fleche Wallonne for the sixth consecutive year on Wednesday, as the new autumn one-day race finished in Mur de Huy.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the race was moved to this autumn as part of the post-COVID-19 late-season Women's World Tour race calendar.
Van Der Breggen added yet another La Fleche Wallonne title to her name for the sixth year running as she battled the 124km course.
The battle continued up until the final stretch, with Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig and Demi Vollering completing the podium.
The next route of the Women's World Cycling Tour continues in Belgium on the 4th October at Liege-Bastogne-Liege.
