At the invitation of the Live To Love Germany Foundation, Drukpa Thuksey Rinpoche once again was a guest in Hamburg.
As in 2017, he visited the Wilhelm-Gymnasium, this time for a panel discussion on "Environmental Protection" with representatives from the teaching staff and the Fridays for Future movement.
Another well-known station during his stay was the children's hospice Sternenbrücke. This is a place that Drukpa Thuksey Rinpoche greatly appreciates and has been given a special blessing by the planting of a gingko tree.
With live to: rescue, he is in charge of an animal welfare project in Ladakh, India, which offers refuge for a multitude of animals. Against this background was the visit to the Tierpark Arche Warder - a visit rich in inspiration. Here Drukpa Thuksey Rinpoche planted a sycamore maple on behalf of Live To Love.
