It's time for a change. New build properties are often sold with poorer than poor standards of lawns. Often the houses are finished but then the outdoor space seems like an afterthought.
It's not good enough. In fact it's disgusting that this happens SO MUCH!
THANKFULLY there is some change. I'm hearing and seeing he odd few who are installing with good soil levels.
Sadly though I feel that a garden is part of a home and should be performing how a garden should perform.
If your garden is on clay then please install god drainage systems before a roll of turf is laid.
Surely it's better to spend a few thousand pounds open sorting this out, giving you happier house buyers and an estate that looks slush and Green. That would make ME proud if it I was the house builder.
