Pan cooked char siu is one of easiest ways to make char siu and pretty much foolproof.
It doesn't need time to marinate just needs time to cook.
No special ingredients that you won't be able to get in your regular supermarket!
No Chinese cooking wine? No worries - use a dry sherry as a substitute.
