Back in November, you may have seen a video we had posted about a local couple, Joseph Alvarado and Sandra Cologne, who had lost their dream destination wedding in Puerto Rico when Hurricane Irma devastated the entire area.
That is when the Lia Auto Group and Western Mass News Surprise Squad, along with the Log Cabin surprised them with the announcement that they were getting a free wedding. Fast forward to April 14, 2018, they finally got to say their long awaited I Dos, and were married at The Log Cabin.
Now the couple is paying forward. They are going back to Puerto Rico for their honeymoon, but not all for fun. They will be helping out a volunteer organization called All Hands and Hearts. This group is dedicated to helping in communities devastated by natural disasters.
To help out with their cause, the Surprise Squad is sending along supplies and equipment to help out their cause. We also booked Joseph and Sandra massages on their honeymoon.
