SCHEZWAN FRIED RICE RECIPE:

Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala
- 4 tbsp of oil
- 2 cups of chopped vegetables of your choice (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, french beans, etc)
- 6 cups of boiled rice (leftover rice is also good)
- Chopped spring onion for garnishing

Method:
00:00 Heat of oil in a pan & stir-fry of chopped vegetables of your choice (carrot, capsicum, onion, cabbage, French beans, etc) for 2-3 minutes.
00:34 Add boiled rice (leftover rice from last night's dinner is perfect) to the vegetables.
00:50 Add Ching’s Secret Schezwan Masala & stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with chopped spring onion.
