AT her heaviest, Shelly, 34, weighed over 445lbs - but after she decided to regain control over her life, she's now down to 155lbs. Her biggest “problems were using food inappropriately” and felt like she “didn’t have any willpower”. She decided to take the first step into her health journey by having weight loss surgery. After changing her daily routine by going to the gym and changing eating habits, Shelly lost 300lbs and says that surgery was just the first step into getting healthy. After losing so much weight, the mum had a lot of loose skin all over her body so decided to have a tummy tuck and an arm lift. Shelly now spends her days spreading body positivity on both Instagram and TikTok.
