Join Citi's Don Haskin, Community Development State Director for Pennsylvania, in a conversation with Nilda Ruiz, Executive Director of the Association of Puerto Ricans on the March (APROM). APROM is a Philadelphia-based nonprofit whose innovative, affordable housing has turned an underdeveloped part of the city into a thriving community held together by neighborhood pride. Now APROM is expanding its impact through transit-oriented development, by creating a multifamily-residential and retail complex alongside a station on the regional rail line and near Temple University.
