This was a scene I left out because the explanation was a bit long, but I think it's important to have some perspective on pigtails and tick marks when they come direct from OEM. Why do they sometimes happen? I sanded by hand and used a Rupes Polisher to remove the paint defects. Hope that explanation is helpful and can be used to speak intelligently to your customers.
