Boxing is one of the greatest exercises you can perform. It is a great way to perform a full body workout while improving your conditioning. For today's routine I perform a 15 Minute Boxing Cardio Workout. It is important that you continue to move during this workout so that you can burn as many calories as possible in 15 minutes. You can perform this workout on a heavy bag or by shadow boxing if you don't have access to a heavy bag.

Move Around for 1 minute
Rest 30 seconds
Jab for 1 minute
Jab-Cross for 1 minute

Rest 30 seconds
