Restoration of a Spanish colonial adobe (volcanic tuff) stone church (1861) in the Philippines  is the result of collaborative work among architects, engineers, a stone specialist and other allied professionals. The treatment of stones and mortar is part of the entire project.The use of local materials and necessary analyses were considered in the treatment.
