Quincy's inspired yeast rolls! Do you remember Quincy's steakhouse? The had the best yeast rolls ever! I was craving the rolls so I went on line looking for inspired recipes! Here's the one we found to try and boy were the rolls delicious! We used the bread machine for this recipe.
1 cup water
2 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
3 1⁄2 cups bread flour
1⁄4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsp instant yeast
toppings pre baking and post baking
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp melted butter
Place all ingredients in above order in bread machine.
After dough cycle completes, remove and shape as rolls, placing them in a pan lined with parchment paper.
Let rise for 30 minutes in a warm environment.
Brush tops with butter prior to baking, about 2 tbsp of melted butter
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown, on the highest rack possible in your oven.
Brush the tops with honey butter to give it a slightly sweet taste, as soon as you get them out of the oven. Serve immediately warm, sweet and delicious y'all
