Melbourne is "on track" to progress to the next step of the coronavirus roadmap if its 14-day daily case average stays below 50, Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews says.
Victoria recorded 42 new coronavirus infections overnight, the sixth consecutive day with fewer than 50 new cases reported in the state.
