Protestants endorse three sacraments (Baptism, Communism, Confirmation), while Catholics endorse seven: Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation, Reconciliation, Holy Matrimony, Holy Orders, and the Anointing of the Sick. Reconciliation (or penance) is the sacrament in which a Catholic confesses his sins to the priest and Jesus works through the priest to absolve him. In this video, we'll respond to Protestant Pastor Mike Winger's views on the need for Reconciliation in the church. We'll also discuss what the catechism says about this need and Reconciliation, more generally.
