Ingredients needed to prepare Chicken Biryani:

(1) To Marinate The Chicken
1kg Chicken pieces
Fried Onions
Chopped Fresh Coriander
Fresh Mint Leafs
Yogurt
Whole Spices:-
Green Cardumam
Cloves Cinnamon
Black Papper
Bay Leaf
Star Anise
Vegetable Oil
Green Chilli
Ginger/Garlic past
Lemon Juice
Cumin Seed
Salt to test
Garam Masala
Red chilli Poeder

Ingredients:-

(2) To Prepare The Rice!!!
Basmati Rice
Water
Salt
Cumin Seed
Oil
(3) Last
Milk and Saffron mix
Butter
