Just appreciate the beauties of Côte d'Ivoire!! On the video, we are on the highway/expressway 🛣️ entering Yamoussokro, the administrative and political capital city of Côte d'Ivoire. At the entrance of the city, you can have a panoramic view of the largest basilica of the world 🌍: "La Basilique Notre Dame de la Paix de Yamoussokro"/ The Basilica Our Lady of Peace of Yamoussokro ". It is incredible! 😍
Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) is a west African country. Its road network is one of the best on the entire African continent. The improvement of its transportation network has spurred trade and increased foreign investment within the country.
We have a highway/expressway of over 400 kilometers that connects Abidjan, the largest city to Bouaké, the second largest city of Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) in west Africa. Côte d'Ivoire is among the very few countries in the Sub-Saharan African region which have great road networks linking cities and towns by highways. The Ivorian government is currently building many paved roads and highways connecting different cities and towns across the country.
The two capital cities of the country: Abidjan and Yamoussokro (a distance of 270 kilometers) are linked by highway/expressway as well. There is the expansion of the expressway from Bouaké (second largest city) to Korhogo (the 3rd largest city of the country located on the northern part of the country). This highway will reach out to the border with the neighboring country: Mali.
We have currently the construction of highway that will link the two seaport cities of the country: Abidjan and San Pedro.
These landmark infrastructure projects represent a monumental leap forward for this west African country.
A country with a great road network paves its way for economic growth. Many infrastructural projects are going on all over the country. With a great network of roads, bridges, an upgraded and construction of railways spanning thousands of kilometers, the country is
becoming better connected internally and with its neighboring countries.
National expressways with 4 lanes connecting big cities: Abidjan-Bouaké, Abidjan-Grand Bassam, Abidjan-Yamoussokro, and Yamoussokro-Bouaké have been put into operation. More than 6 bridges spanning the Ébrié lagoon, Comoé River, and Sassandra River have built and opened to traffic.
Côte d'Ivoire is becoming a more attractive destination for businesses and investors with the country's infrastructural development. And these developments have the potential to drive economic growth, create more jobs and improve the quality of life for millions of Ivorian people.
Come to do business in Côte d'Ivoire!
