Evacuation orders have been issued in Butte County as a vegetation fire grows, authorities said. The Sandra Fire is burning east of Oroville in the community of Forbestown. A state fire resource has mapped the fire as having burned at least 24.3 acres. The evacuation order is for those in Forbestown Zones 684 and 831, the Butte County Sheriff's Office said.
