The one product that seems to surprise people that brandishes the vegan label, is wine. Why should wine have to be vegan? It's made from grapes. Well, it's all in the processing, and this is a good example of a processed product that would traditionally use animal products in the fining process. Luckily for vegans, most wine companies no longer use this old fashioned method, although they may not always pay for the vegan endorsement. Suffice to say, I'd rather pay for the vegan label myself, and probably most other vegans would too :) Let me know your thoughts.
