25 gallons of Jambalaya
#25rice
#15 sausage
#15 chicken thighs
#20 pork
#15 onion
10 bell pepper
3 stalks celery
10 oz garlic
Salt to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste 
1 large bottle Louisiana hot sauce
Slap your mama to taste
3 cream of celery
3 cream of chicken
Measure your rice in a container and fill that container up at least two times with water or broth. Adding a little more than that is fine. So basically 2 waters to 1 rice.
