Hitting 100 Snatches and 100 Swings for time, definitely a tough task, but it can be done! Those 2 Cheeky Burpees every minute would keep your heart going too :)
- Equipment: Kettlebells (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout
- Workout: For TIME:
1) 100 reps - KB Snatch
2) 100 reps - KB Single Arm Swing
*2x Cheeky Burpees - Every Minute
