People always associate hot flashes and night sweats with menopause are not in menopause and have them-- and they are coming, and adrenals and toxic liver or toxic load is high, test and assessment to see where your hormone
Waking up in a pool of sweat in the middle of the night isn’t fun!
And on top of this up to 75% of menopausal women are also dealing with regular hot flashes during the day!
I see so many women suffering from menopausal issues but what they don’t realize is that menopause isn’t to blame, menopause is just the trigger!
In this video I’m going to share how to banish menopausal night sweats and hot flashes...
Menopause can be a bad time for many women because they don’t understand why they are dealing with so many symptoms!
They also feel that they “just have to grin and bear it” or deal with it because their mothers or aunts suffered the same symptoms.
What they fail to realize is that menopause doesn’t have to be hard if they understand what they need to do to prepare their bodies for this important hormonal shift.
People always associate night sweats and hot flashes with menopause however menopause isn’t completely to blame!
While it’s true that a downshift in estrogen can cause symptoms when your body isn’t in balance, if you understand how your hormones really work and how diet and lifestyle impact them, then menopause can be a breeze.
First off when you aren’t producing as much estrogen, your adrenals will “take over” a lot of the energy production needed for daily function.
So many women have really poor adrenal health to begin with, so when the adrenals are “called in” as the back-up generator for energy then “here comes the night sweats” and other annoying symptoms.
Your adrenals are responsible for regulating stress hormones, like cortisol and epinephrine. When stress hormones like cortisol are needed for us to wake up in the morning and for “fight or flight” situations, sadly most people have high levels of these hormones in their blood, which can impact their weight management, brain health and also contribute to so called “menopausal” symptoms.
When you recalibrate your adrenal health many of these symptoms simply vanish.
The other area menopausal women and most people in fact suffer from is toxic liver. When your toxic load is high, it can be challenging for hormonal regulation because your liver plays a key role in hormone balance. Your liver also works to stabilize blood sugar so if your liver is overloaded dealing with toxics, you may be dealing with excess or “hard-to-lose” weight gain.
What many people don’t realize is that they are very toxic! Industrial toxins from plastics including water bottles and food containers, pesticides from vegetable fruits and meat, antibiotics, hormones, and even heavy metal are very prevalent in our food sources, water and in our immediate environment. There is only a certain amount of these toxins that your body can release, and they get wedged in your body and cause your liver to be bogged down. By the time most women reach menopause their toxic load is quite high. So, when estrogen drops it’s no wonder they deal with a wide range of symptoms!
Many women have tried detox plans but things like juicing and purely vegan diets don’t have the proper nutrients to actually do a full phase-3 liver detox required to rid your body of industrial toxins and pesticides.
This is why in my practice we do advanced testing to see how your adrenal health is and help you dramatically lighten your toxic load with a throughout detox plan that can optimize liver health.
