Welcome to our channel. We are Karen and David, a young couple who have dreamed of creating a life where we are mostly self sufficient and as debt free as possible. In hopes of reaching this goal, we decided to leave our comfortable apartment in October of 2020 and move into a 6ft x 20ft camper until we could purchase land. In August of 2021 we were able to find and purchase this beautiful land that we now call home. In January 2022 we purchased the property next to us which had this mobile home and all the amenities that we needed. After a year and a few months we moved into the mobile home and started renovating it which brings us to present day. Because debt free is a goal we decided to renovate this home instead of purchasing a new one. We hope that you feel welcomed into our journey and that we can inspire you in some way.
