12 January 2016 is the date for the beginning of our sailing adventure. We leave from Dockan Marina in Malmö in the middle of the winter and so far we have planned to sail to the Canary Islands and after that we'll see where we go next. We have made a lot of preparations on the boat, we install new LED-lights, a new bed system (Froli), serve the engine and the winches.
We are a Swedish couple who wanted a different kind of life. So we moved aboard our sailboat RAN, a custom built Beason 40 in aluminium, untied the lines in the middle of the Swedish winter, January 2016, and started sailing south along the coast of Europe. There is no set route and we will go where the wind and our minds take us.
