This guide shows you Misplaced Trust Dead Ghost Location in Destiny 2. The dead ghost is only there if you have the specific quest called "Misplaced Trust" from Eris Morn.
To get a quest you need a "Lost Ghost Trace" item which drops from the chests, helium filaments or nightmare enemies on the moon. The dead ghost is Ghost Fragment: Vell Tarlowe's Ghost
