Take the intermediate poi choreography challenge with this phrase I wrote for my "Capital Flow" poi performance video a couple weeks back. Last week we did a beginner combo that centered mainly around plane changes. This week we're going to be exploring some tech goodness in and out of wall plane flowers and Zan's diamond.
