Like it's other series siblings, the Shun Classic 7 Inch Asian Cook's knife starts with a a core of VG-MAX super steel, and benefits from its lightweight and razor sharpness. The d-shaped ebony pakkawood handle fits comfortably in hand. It works great on boneless meat and fish, and makes short work of vegetables too.
