Today let’s learn a spicy rice pork recipe. It’s a delicious meal for you with easy ingredients.

***Ingredients
300g pork
1 Cabbage
1 Carrot
2 Leek
1 Garlic
½ Onion
Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Soy sauce, Sesame oil, Sugar

***Direction
Cut the pork into small pieces. Add ¼ tsp black pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Cut the leek, carrot, onion, cabbage into small pieces
Make the sauce by mixing 2 tbsp chilli powder, 5 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp Sesame oil, ¼ tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp chopped garlic together
Cook the pork and add some sugar into it
Pour the mixed spicy sauce into the pan, add the cutted ingredients and stir them well.
Add a cup of water and steamed for 15 minutes
Fry an egg
Eat them with rice
