Note from me 31/12/21 - This video gets a bit of hate and I really do understand. I made it way back when I was new to Cities and it desperately needs updating AND expanding. It's not a topic you can solve in under three minutes and I will get to it hopefully in early '22. So, just giving you some forewarning and to say there are much better videos on this topic on other channels. Have a great Christmas/New Years everyone ~ Andrew T

If you've played Cities: Skylines, you'll know it's full of quirks and algorithms designed to make your day fun - and I use the word fun very loosely, but hey for some mad reason, I like being tortured by a video game.
One of the more frustrating problems to solve can be the dreaded 'Not Enough Workers' icons flashing in angry red from your industrial estates.
One reason for 'Not Enough Workers' notifications is that you don't have enough residential properties on your world, but what does it mean when only part of your industrial area is giving you warnings?
One solution is to build more residential, make it close, the roads easy to travel, and the suburb attractive and well services, e.g. parks, schools etc.
So if 'Not Enough Workers' is one of your pet peeves in Cities: Skylines, I hope you find these tips helpful.
Have a great day! Andrew T @ Sims and Prims
