After the BuzzFeed UK's 'Italian Mums Try Other Mums Meatballs' video came out so many of you asked for my recipe, so here it is 😋

This is how I learned to make meatballs from my grandma, the Queen of meatballs. They're tender, juicy and rich; they're amazing on their own, but the tomato sauce really elevates them to a new level!

📌 A little note for non-pork eaters: just use 1kg 20% fat beef mince and the meatballs will be just as delicious.

📌 Another little note: there are some traditional pasta dishes with meatballs in some parts of Italy, but these are generally very, very small meatballs, and the pasta used is not spaghetti.
