Many of us are spending more time than ever in front of a computer screen. In fact, Zoom shared that as of April 2021, more than 300 million participants were joining meetings each day!
Our bodies are designed for movement. It’s important that we take time to move our bodies at least once an hour, even if we are stuck on a long meeting! That’s why we asked Agatha Degasperi – sourcing and contracting consultant and seasoned yoga trainer – to share three moves that you can apply when you can’t catch a break from back-to-back meetings! In this video, you will learn the following yoga exercises:
• Conscious Breathing
• Modified Warrior Pose
• Modified Downward Dog
