The Silmarillion - Quenta Silmarillion XIX - Of Beren and Lúthien part 1 (ASMR)

Hello everyone...
Here's part 1 of one of my favourite chapters!
"Of Beren and Lúthien"

!!This chapter is the most important one to understand Aragorn's anguish about his relationship with Arwen!!

Those of you who own the Special Extended Edition of "The Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring", know that on the way that Aragorn leads the hobbits to Rivendell, they pass through mosquito infested marshes. At night Aragorn sings a song in Elvish and Frodo asks him of what he was singing. Then Aragorn tells him that the song is about Lúthien Tinúviel who fell in love with Beren, a mortal and that she died.

The story of Beren and Lúthien is the one that most haunts Aragorn, since he is also in love with an imortal elf.
He is afraid that Arwen, because of him, may have to suffer the same fate as Lúthien.
