■Bonito Steak

▼Ingredients for 2
200g Bonito
Salt, pepper
1tsp Oil

【Sauce】
1tbsp Water
1tbsp Soy sauce
1/2tbsp Sugar
1/2tsp Garlic


▼How to cook
⑴Sprinkle salt, pepper on bonito
⑵Add oil in the pan, and Cook bonito for 2 min
⑶Cut it into bite sized pieces
⑷Add sauce in the pan, and Boil a little
⑸Enjoy ;)
