This is sort of "ambient" recording (via my IPad, with Multitrack DAW) montage of birds+frogs+windchines+flugelhorns (me), recorded at about the time of summer solstice 2013 (hence the title). I tried to chose photos from my collection which were taken around that time of year to go along with the recording. Hope you "enjoy the ambience"!

The bells are "Corinthian Bells" windchimes, tuned to D# major (I love them!).
Flugelhorn=Leblanc F357 with Stork FL2S mouthpiece.
Ambient sounds all recorded with the built-in Ipad Mini microphone. Flugelhorn recorded with Sony lapel mic clipped to player-side of bell.
