The DJI Focus Pro is now shipping. I have spent a couple hours setting it up on my RED Komodo rig, and have a few initial observations. This is by no means a review, and I have not yet had time to do any extensive testing of the accuracy of the LIDAR auto-focus.

Note -- For the LIDAR, I used the calibration profile in the DJI Ronin app for the LAOWA Proteus 35mm instead of manually creating a profile. The only setting I modified was the installation distance from the sensor witness mark to the front of the LIDAR unit.
Correction:
05:20 *UPDATE* I was incorrect -- In the video I state the grip battery is not swappable. This is not correct. The manual doesn't explain how to release the battery from the grip, and the release lever for it is kind of hidden (though still accessible) with the handle mounted on the right side of the camera like I have it. If you already have a big battery on your camera, it's probably easiest to do as shown in the video and connect the DJI grip's charge port to your main battery distro. But if you are aiming for a minimal/run-and-gun camera build, having the option to swap the batteries is good.
