Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup yogurt
2 cups all purpose sifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup oil
raisins
orange zest
2 apples
Directions:
In a bowl beat together eggs, granulated sugar, yogurt until blended; Add all purpose flour and baking powder and stir until just blended. Add oil and mix. Fold in raisins and orange zest. Spread the batter in greased and floured 7-inch (20 cm) springform pan;
Arrange sliced apple on top. Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for about 30 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Let cool on rack.
