People of all ages have found themselves feeling increasingly isolated and lonely during the pandemic.
"It can affect anyone at any time and the pandemic has made it worse,” explains Karen Dolva, head of Norwegian start-up No Isolation and one of this year's 100 Women.
One of her top tips is to use this time to create new social habits, whether that's arranging a monthly book club or setting up a family group chat.
Creating a daily routine - and sticking to it - can "massively boost self-motivation," she adds.
