When you’re immersed in your favourite titles it can be easy to forget that there’s a whole bunch of legal work that goes into them. Trademarks, licensing, and contractual obligations are all things that companies need to think about when putting out a new game, and so it’s unsurprising that the industry attracts lawsuits like bees to honey. Sometimes these lawsuits are completely warranted, and ensure that those who have been taken advantage of by a developer, publisher, or otherwise, get the justice they deserve. Other times though… well, they’re just silly. So, here are the 10 Most Ridiculous Video Game Lawsuits!
