East and tasty punugulu recipe
Ingredients:
Idli batter - 2 cups
Maida - 3 Table spoons
Rice Flour - 3 Table spoons
Green chilli - 1 thin chopped
Soda - 1 pinch
Salt - Add according to taste
Oil for deep fry
Making:
1. Take a bowl and add Idli batter, Maida, Rice flour, Green chilli, Soda, salt.
2. Mix well until it forms a thick consistency.
3. If you feel it is loose add some more Maida or flour accordingly.
4. Take a pan, add oil and let it heat.
5. Once the oil is heated, take the batter and make small balls as shown in the video and add it into the hot oil.
6. Fry until it's golden brown.
7. Make some chutney to dip.
8. Without absorbing lots of oil we can easily make Tasty punugulu.
9. Take it into a plate or bowl and serve hot.
