You dont have to be a full scale prepper in order to be ready for the next natural disaster. Load your camping gear into an off road capable vehicle and you've got your self an excellent bug-out vehicle. Any car or truck can work as a bug out vehicle but here are some of the attributes to look at when choosing the best bug out vehicle. If youre starting from scratch this might be a little more time and money however most people have items laying around that could be extremely useful in an emergency. Pack them away in a large box like i did and place that box in your designated car, truck,or suv and your ready for almost anything.
