они делают – they do/make
Examples:
я делаю упражнения –
I’m doing exercises
I’m working out
Что ты делаешь? –
What are you doing?
Он делает свою работу хорошо –
He does his job well
Мы делаем торт –
We’re making a cake
Вы делаете важное дело –
You’re doing an important thing
