As a person who is madly in love with the cultures of the world, I was very interested in taking a DNA test to see exactly where I am from.
I was born in Romania, however I've heard multiple stories throughout my entire life according to which I am not 100% Romanian and this DNA test seems to be proof of that.
I've also uploaded my raw DNA data onto GEDmatch and this is what I got (I did the eurogenes k13 one):
Serbian 2.94
Hungarian 6.78
Romanian 6.87
Moldavian 7.44
Croatian 8.72
Bulgarian 9.5
Austrian 9.95
East_German 11.55
Ukrainian_Lviv 14.99
West_German 15
South_Polish 15.03
Ukrainian 16.16
South_Dutch 16.55
French 16.88
Greek_Thessaly 17.45
North_Italian 18.21
Polish 18.79
North_German 19.36
Southwest_Russian 19.58
Ukrainian_Belgorod 20.05
So, I think that the Balkan blood from this video refers to the Serbian blood that I have, and then the Eastern European one to the Hungarian blood :)
