Whoopie Pie
Ingredients:
Flour 200 grams
Caster sugar 200 grams
Cocoa powder 60 grams
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Butter 100 grams
Milk 200 grams (little more if needed)
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Egg 1
Salt a pinch
Ready white ganache for filling
Raspberry jam for filling (optional)
Method:
Mix milk with lemon juice & keep aside for 15 minutes. In a stand mixer bowl, beat butter & sugar with paddle attachment. Add in egg. Mix well. Now add all dry ingredients & milk mixture alternatively until it forms a smooth thick batter.
Adjust consistency with milk if needed. The batter shouldn’t be so thin or thick.
Pour in a piping bag attached with round nozzle & pipe out small amount on baking sheet to make cookies. Bake it at 190C for 9 minutes. Remove from oven, let it cool down properly. Then sandwich it with white ganache filling & Jam in the center.

Cake Pops
Ingredients:
Readymade butter cake as required
Chocolate ganache as required
Chocolate hazelnut for binding
Milky’s dark chocolate as required
Milky’s white chocolate as required
Milky’s food colors (optional) as required
Vegetable shortening 1 tsp (if needed)
Assorted edible sprinkles for decorating
Cake pop sticks as required
Method:
In a deep clean bowl, break baked cake into pieces. Add in little ganache & chocoheze to bind crumbs into a dough. Portion it in 15 or 20 grams. Roll into palms to make smooth ball. Now dip cake pop stick into chocolate & insert into cake ball. Put it in the chiller for 20 minutes. Remove it from chiller & dip the whole cake ball carefully in melted chocolate. Decorate with sprinkles & let it set until firm to touch.
