1. Peel your potatoes and need some sharp edges. Cut them to whatever size you want and put them on to boil.
2. Once they're soft, drain the water off. Then put some duck fat into a pan and put that in the oven at 220゚C for 10 minutes.
3. When the potatoes are soft, strain them and put them in the Pan with the duck fat. Put the potatoes in the oven for 20 minutes and then turn them over and put them in the oven again for another 20 minutes.
4. Get your Camembert and remove it from the plastic and put it back into the wooden box. Score the cheese and insert some thin least last garlic and rosemary. Top with olive oil and put that in the oven for 10 minutes.
5. Once the potatoes are ready, drain off the oil, serve them with the cheese, and enjoy!
