A woman charged with child abuse after a baby was taken from Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters speaks out from behind bars. Sunday night Norfolk Police arrested 31-year-old Stephanie Wallace who goes by the name Stephanie Campbell. She's charged with felony child abuse Cambell sat down with 13News Now for a jailhouse interview today.
