Investigators from global chemical weapons watchdog OPCW are inspecting a site in Douma where an alleged chemical weapons attack took place. On Sunday, the investigators met with Syrian deputy foreign minister Faisal Mekdad. The investigation comes after the U.S., UK, and France launched strikes against alleged chemical weapons facilities in Syria. Russia has condemned the strikes -- specifically the timing of them -- ahead of the investigation.
