Today's exercises are slightly different than previous days, it is slower and give some space to think about ourselves, most importantly our moment or the day. So in this flow, I want you to think about whether you start doing it in the morning, the intention and expectations of the day or if you are doing it at the end of the day focus on the positive emotions, and moments that made you smile and be happy.
