This is a very easy-to-make cottage cheese donut recipe. You can use either cottage cheese or ricotta. No need to let it rise, just mix the dough and you can start frying. Serve dusted with powdered sugar and accompanied by jam.

Ingredients:

250 grams of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
250 grams of cottage cheese OR ricotta
170 grams of sour cream OR yogurt
3 eggs
80 grams of sugar
1 package of vanilla sugar (We used Bourbon vanilla)
lemon extract
