Each day, more than 700 staff from Certis are deployed to combat the COVID-19 virus. They serve different roles around the clock to support Singapore's fight against the coronavirus. For frontline officers, their duties include facilitating check-in and out procedures for people under quarantine, and maintaining the law and order in the facilities. Another group works round-the-clock at the nerve centre, helping to coordinate with the Health Ministry and other agencies like the Singapore Police Force during operations. They also perform tasks such as managing quarantine orders, as well as managing feedback and complaints.
