I wanted to implement a Smart TV that has a small display 24 inch below but I couldn't find anything available in the market.
So I just purchased a Myphone DTV dongle (PHP300 in OLX), an X96 mini Android TV Box (PHP1800 in OLX) and a USB to micro adapter (PHP40 in CD-R King). The TV can be as low as PHP3000 if you buy the Pensonic in SM Hypermarket. I used the Fukuda Brand for this project.
This combination is cheaper than the Digital TV box on the market. What you're getting is an Android DTV Box. You can watch digital TV, use android apps, play games, and browse through thus set-up.
