This omelette recipe is very tasty compare to normal omelet.This suit with briyani,variety rice,kulambu sadham,specially for nonveg kulambu varities.
It will takes less time to do. kids are feel this is different to eat.
Procedure:
1. Into a small bowl, Add the chopped onion, salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder,coriender,curryleafs and mix well with a spoon or fork.
2. Crack the 3 eggs into the onion and Masala mixture.
3. Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk until the yolk and egg white are well combined and frothy.
4. In a small round cup like pan, heat the oil.
5. When the oil is hot enough, pour the egg mixture into the pan(when you pour the beaten eggs, the oil should be hot enough).
6. Next, Drop the Chicken masala in the center of the omelet and gently spread the Masala.
7. Let the karandi omelette cook until the bottom layer of the omelet becomes thick. It will take about a minute or so.
8. Now, with the fork gently flip the omelet upside down and let the other side cook similarly.
9. Similarly, keep flipping the omelette till the omelette is fully cooked. While you flip the omelette , with a fork make a small hole in the center of the omelette so that the uncooked egg in the center can escape. Pricking the omelet will help the omelette to cook evenly.
10. If you like a runny egg then, you can stop cooking the karandi omelette , a few minutes earlier, so that, the center of egg remains runny.
